PERMISSIONS FOR USE

Note: “Submission” refers to the item you send (such as a eulogy, poem, essay, or art) that you want to have posted on the memorial website.

I would like Texas After Violence Project  to publish my submission online as part of the Sheltering  Justice collection and include it in their community archive.

I understand my submission may also be used for educational and noncommercial purposes, for example in social media, publications, presentations, or classes.

My submission will be published online with the following license from Creative Commons:

Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0)

This means that anyone may share my submission, as long as they give me credit and don't use it for commercial purposes and don't transform it.  Read More
