Casey Phillips is the founder of Texas Prisons Air-Conditioning Advocates, which was created after her husband was incarcerated. Phillips' focus on prison conditions has only expanded, and she discussed what it means to have a loved one, with serious pre-existing health problems, on the inside during the pandemic. This is follow-up interview was conducted on March 18, 2021.
