Interview with Micki Rodriguez
Title
Interview with Micki Rodriguez
Description
Micaela Rodriguez is a second-year student of social work and activist. She shares her personal experience with the criminal justice system, academic understandings of the carceral state, and hopes for continued advocacy, saying that, "I just try to amplify our experiences, you know, we each have our own individual experience, but it's also a collective experience. And so that's really what I try to do is just sort of to honor that collective experience and to bring awareness and now to bring these policy changes that are needed."
